Ordering and Payment
• What payment methods do you accept?   At Home24, we provide a variety of payment options for your convenience. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, cheques, and Amazon Pay.

  • Can I pay with cash upon delivery?  Yes, you can pay with cash upon delivery for in-stock items. A 5% cash on delivery fee applies.

  • How secure is my payment information?  Your payment information is safeguarded with advanced encryption technology, ensuring a secure transaction every time.

• Can I modify or cancel my order?   If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request changes or cancellation. Please contact our customer service team promptly to make arrangements.

• How can I track my order?   Once your order is on its way, we will send you tracking information so you can monitor its progress until it reaches you.

• Do the prices on your website include VAT?   Yes, all displayed prices include VAT, ensuring transparency with no hidden costs at checkout.

• What are the payment options for furniture that isn't immediately available?   For items not available for immediate delivery, you can pay a deposit of at least 15% of the total purchase price at checkout. The remaining balance will be collected before shipment. Alternatively, you can choose to pay in full if preferred.

• Can I pay the full amount now?   Absolutely! You can opt to pay the entire amount at checkout. We accept various credit and debit cards, and PayPal is also available.

Shipping and Delivery

 • Do you offer international shipping?   Currently, we only ship within the UAE to ensure fast and reliable delivery service.
